5 Easy Steps

WA Plunge Pools has developed a stylish and innovative range of swimming pools, in a variety of designs and sizes, with a multitude of features and benefits, so that we can provide you with the perfect swimming pool for your home.

  • Step 1

    Choose your Pool

    Please feel free to visit us at our Landsdale location to view our full range of pools. To provide you with the most accurate pricing, including installation costs, we ask that you bring your house plans with you. This allows us to give you a personalised and detailed quote, based on your specific property.

  • Step 2

    Site Inspection

    After your visit, we’ll come to your home for a site inspection, this allows us to confirm your quote and finalise the pool’s location, taking into account machinery access. We’ll also determine the best placement for your pool equipment and the necessary power points. During this visit, we’ll work out the most cost-effective method for craning or lifting the pool into place. To proceed, we’ll ask you to sign a building application form for the council, and provide us with a copy of your site plans.

  • Step 3

    Plans / Approval

    After our on-site inspection, we take care of all the necessary paperwork. We submit all the relevant plans and forms to your local council and Water Corporation on your behalf through our building surveyors. Once we receive their approval, which typically takes around two weeks, we’ll contact you to schedule the pool installation at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • Step 4

    Installation

    On the day of installation, our team will arrive at 7:30 a.m. Within a few hours, your new pool will be lowered into place. We’ll then backfill the area, fill the pool with water, and connect all the equipment. We typically finish by 3:00 p.m. The price of your installation includes the removal of any clean-fill sand. Additionally, we will install a temporary compliant fence around the pool on the same day for safety.

  • Step 5

    Hand Over

    Just a day or two after the installation, we’ll arrange for a Pencil Compaction to be performed. This is followed by a complete pool handover.
    During the handover, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know, including how:
    – to clean your pool
    – to test and balance the water
    – to operate your new equipment

We also balance the water for you, so it’s ready for its first swim. By the time we’re done, you’ll be able to confidently care for your new pool.
